We pride ourselves on great steaks. Follow these simple steps to enjoy the perfect steak!
THAW - Thaw for 24 hours; up to 48 hours for larger cuts, keep refrigerated and use within 5 days. Do not refreeze.
PREPARE & SEASON - Remove steaks from sealed packaging. Pat dry with paper towels. Rub the steak generously with McGuire's Steak Shake on both sides.
GRILL - Place the steaks on the grill until golden brown and slightly charred, 4-5 minutes. Turn over and continue to grill 3-5 minutes for medium rare (Internal temperature of 135° F), or 8-10 minutes for medium well (145° F). Avoid too much flame; you don't want your steak burnt, just a little charred. If your grill flares up, move steaks to a cooler spot on the grill. When the steak has reached your desired temperature, pull from grill, place a small pat of garlic butter on top, and let stand for five minutes before serving.
